I love cold weather. It’s what I like best. I do not like wetness, in any form. So no rain, no snow, no ice. Just give it to me cold and dry.

That said, you may be able to deduce that Fall is my best season in America, and Harmattan is my best season back home in Nigeria. Both season are towards the end of the year, and as a Fall baby birthday-wise, maybe there is an explanation for this.

Wetness is just inconvenient and messy. Depending on where you are, you have to deal with slush, mud, and/or dampness. People have to go to work, you know. If I had absolutely nothing to do but lay in bed, reading Harry Potter, I may not mind the cloudy days with a sprinkle of thunderstorms here and there. Unfortunately, I do have to go to work.

So there you have it. I like my weather forecast foretelling chilly days. Dry and neat, save the ice.
